Helping Hand Ministry (HHM) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that offers short-term financial assistance to Tulsa County residents. HHM started as an outreach by First Presbyterian Church of Tulsa in 1981. HHM is structured to help an individual or family once a year for utilities or once every 6 months for food or prescriptions. HHM is staffed entirely by volunteers within First Presbyterian Church.
In 2024, HHM disbursed funds in the record amount of $377,961 that assisted 3,828 Tulsa County residents, through difficult times.
